Info by Location
On this page you will find access information separated by location within Yosemite National Park.

At this time, I am most familiar with Yosemite Valley. Information about other locations is largely pulled from the Accessibility Guide. This page will be updated as more information is gathered.
Geographical Areas
I've split Yosemite into three main geographical areas to help categorize locations.
Yosemite Valley
"Yosemite Valley is world famous for its impressive waterfalls, meadows, cliffs, and unusual rock formations; accessible by car year-round." - Yosemite National Park
North Yosemite
From the Accessibility Guide: "This [Northern} area of [Yosemite National] park includes locations along Tioga Road, Big Oak Flat Road, and the Hetch Hetchy area. There is a variety of picnic areas, campground facilities, and scenic overlooks as well as trailheads for entry into the wilderness. The Tioga Road is open approximately May or June to sometime in November. The Tioga Road is closed during winter."
South Yosemite
From Yosemite Accessibility Guide: "The southern area of Yosemite includes Glacier Point that overlooks Yosemite Valley, the Wawona area and the Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias. The Mariposa Grove is the largest of the three groves of giant sequoias in the park and the most visited. Badger Pass Ski Area, located midway on the Glacier Point Road, is open only from late December through March (conditions permitting)."
